Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Thursday. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

All of our plants are shipped bare-root without a pot to protect the plant and reduce shipping costs. Unpack your plants after they arrive and repot them in a well-draining cactus and succulent soil and water thoroughly. Place them in ample sunlight and wait until the soil has entirely dried thoroughly before watering again.

We aren't responsible for packages that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Confirm your shipping address is correct during checkout to ensure you receive your package.
