Refund policy

We don't offer returns on live plants, but we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Contact us with any questions, comments or concerns by sending us an email to shop@succulentsd.com

Cancellations

We will cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before your order is packed or fulfilled. Orders that have been packed and ready to ship or have shipped can't be cancelled. 

Damaged Goods

We only ship quality, disease-free plants. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens to your plant during transit. If your plant arrives damaged due to transit, we will issue you store credit. Refunds are not available on live plants. To receive store credit, contact us at shop@succulentsd.com within 48 hours of receiving your orderProvide your order number and photos of the damage, including both the packaging and the plants. Don't dispose of the packaging or the plants as the carrier may request their return. 

Shipping in Winter

We don't give refunds for damage caused by freezing temperatures. If you live in an area that may experience freezing temperatures when your package is delivered it's your responsibility to purchase a heat pack when you order. Heat packs don't guarantee protection from frost, but will help prevent damage from occurring.

Don't purchase a heat pack if your plant won't be subject to freezing temperatures. Heat packs can damage plants if used in non-freezing temperatures.
