Aeonium
Aeoniums are a unique looking succulent with about 35 species most native to the Canary Islands. Their rosettes grow on long arching stems and come in a varying color patterns. They prefer a mild climate, not too cold, not too hot and appreciate more waterings than the typical succulent. Aeoniums growing season is winter through spring and will go dormant during the hot summers. During dormancy, you will notice the leaves curling in or dropping at which time they do not require watering.
